Sotai RTX 2060 has a black screen, and the fault is repaired after 75K replacement.

Machine model: Sotai RTX 2060

Fault phenomenon: the screen is always black and the light is not on

Maintenance process: According to the seller’s description, it was for his own use. Later, the screen often went black, and then the light went off. After getting the machine, turn on the power when the peripheral power supply value is normal. It will light up once. The screen will be black when entering the system, and the card will not be recognized after restart.

After the card was disassembled, it was not repaired or burned. After the power on test, all power supplies were not available except PS 5V. After the test, the VIN VCC of 1V8 was normal, but the EN had no high potential. According to the public circuit diagram, the 1V8 EN is controlled by the AND gate, and the PS 5V PG and VMON signals determine the output potential of the AND gate.

The PS 5V PG signal is normal, and the VMON signal is low potential. Following the running line, it is found that the VMON signal is provided by the BS OK signal of the 45451 power consumption chip. The BS OK signal is measured as low potential. According to the previous post of God in the altar and the chip PDF, if the BS OK signal is to be high potential, the INX pin voltage detected by the 4-circuit voltage should be 0.1XXV.

By measuring the four INX pins, it is found that the voltage of the INX pin corresponding to the 12V IN1P is 0, and the voltage of the other three is about 0.15 V.

The INX pin with zero measured voltage is not short circuited to the ground. The capacitance fault is eliminated. After removing the 75K voltage divider pull-up resistance, it is found that it is infinite. After replacing the 75K voltage divider, the fault is repaired. The repair is over.
