Fault phenomenon:

The customer said that he smelled burnt when using it. Connect the adjustable power supply, direct 5A high current, remove the motherboard and find that the isolation tube and board have been severely burnt.

Maintenance process:

The multimeter is directly short-circuited to the ground, and then the board is dug. After digging, there is no short circuit to the ground, and the resistance value is normal. Replace the isolation tube and nearby components.

Power-on test after replacement, and found that standby is 0. Measure each foot of the chip against the drawing.

All voltages are normal, except ACDRV. When PR196 was measured, it was found that it was short-circuited to the ground. After PR196 was disconnected, the measured rear stage was grounded and the machine was directly burned, and the PC388 capacitor was seriously hot.

There is no short circuit after unplugging. When PR196 is connected, it will come out on standby. When the power-on key is pressed, the machine will be turned on perfectly, and the fault will be repaired. At this point, the maintenance is over.
