iPhone XS Max mobile phone can't be charged. After detection, this fault is caused by the damage of U3300 charging IC. The charging chip is directly replaced and the problem is fixed.

Maintenance process: after receiving the mobile phone, the charger has no charging current, then disassemble the machine and use DC power supply to start the machine normally.

First, find a back shell assembly to replace it, and eliminate the non-charging caused by Accessories. The failure of FPC after replacing the rear case remains the same, remove the motherboard, and then the heating table separate on the motherboard will come down for inspection.

Good stratification. YANGTZE_LDO shorted to ground of U3300 charging chip was found in the inspection.

Remove U3300 charging IC YANGTZE_LDO and return to normal to diode value.

Next, deal with PAD and replace it with a good charging chip.

Clean up the motherboard, and test the motherboard welding for installation. The charging returns to normal, the function is normal, and the maintenance ends here. 

This fault is that U3300 charging IC is not charged due to damage.
