The customer described that the machine has been working normally, that is, no serviecs appeared when it fell once.

Maintenance process: the customer described that no serviecs appeared after falling. Most of these failures are caused by external force impact on the chip or PAD, which leads to pad break off, chip breakage, extrusion damage and so on.
Now, no serviecs appears in the card, and IMEI does not appear in the dialing interface *#06#, and no operator is found.

General plug-in card no serviecs, it is the RFFE bus of Baseband that is abnormal, which will lead to this kind of fault phenomenon. Besides, before, the customer said that this kind of fault phenomenon didn’t appear until the machine fell.
IPhone6 series backplane design problem, U1 and V1 pin on Baseband PAD, these two PAD are easy to fall off after the machine is dropped, resulting in the machine card no serviecs.

Disassemble the machine, remove the motherboard, remove shielding cover of Baseband, and SMD REWORK STATION remove Baseband, and find that U1 V1 pin bit PAD of Baseband has been removed.

PAD has been dropped and can only be solved by Jump wire.

Solder back to Baseband chip, boot into the system, plug-in test, and the signal returned to normal.
