Check CPU VCC 1.7V or so is normal, check n_PCH_Vrmpwrgd 3.3V was normal.

Check n_DRAM_Pwrok 1.05v was normal.

Check q253 pin n_Cpupwrok 0V is not normal, judge the bridge VCC is not normal, check VCC1_5_PCH 1.5V and VCC1_05_PCH 1.05v VCC output is normal.

Q63 pin is VTT_Pwrgd VCC, its left side is q25.
Observe whether the line is broken and find the VCC1 beside the bridge_5_The circuit of PCH VCC was broken, and the BIOS was replaced and turned on normally.
