After the voltage division of two resistors, the resistance value measured online is K, and the two capacitors OBC15 and OBC16 are not installed on the drawing, but the real object is installed. The resistance value measured at both ends of the capacitance is only about 200 Ω, which is abnormal.

Remove the two capacitors and find that 2_ The value of 5LEVEL to ground resistance increases a lot. It is measured that there is a resistance value at both ends of OBC15, but there is an infinite resistance value at both ends of OBC16. The OBC15 is not installed directly, and it is OK to turn on the machine. The maintenance is over.
