An ASUS B250M-K Rev.1.01 motherboard, which can switch without CPU VCC.
ASUS b250m-k motherboard cannot be powered on figure 1.
Open Boardview,VCCIO VCC 1.0V is normal, and the CPU power chip is ASP1401BT.

Measure that the ASP1401BT chip VCC pin 7 pin 5V is normal.
